Humberstone Farm is accessible directly off the A47 in Great Yarmouth. It is situated on the banks of Breydon Water, part of the world-famous Norfolk Broads network.

It is working farm and has been owned, and run, by the Vincent family for 3 generations. The farm stocks cattle and sheep, and provides hay, straw, haylage and silage to the local community.

Breydon Arena was constructed in 2009 following a demand in the area for good quality competition facilities. It is now home to many local equestrian clubs and societies as well as running regular Showing, Showjumping and Dressage competitions – both affiliated and unaffiliated.

Clinics are often held at the site and boast well-known local and international trainers. The arena is regularly available to hire for those wanting to prepare for that big competition, or those who simply want to enjoy a little exercise on a firm surface, sheltered away from the Great British weather! The center is also home to dog agility clubs who train weekly at the Centre.
